How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive on time and with a bare face. If you are coming from work and cannot remove your makeup, a clease will be provided. Please have a detailed list of products you are currently using, or bring them with you. Also, try not to purchase any new skincare products before your first appointment as Sace will definitely be recommending a curated home care regimen.

How do I know what treatment to book?

If you are unsure of what treatment to book, book the Classic Custom Facial. It is best to book out 3-4 more treatments at the end of your appointment to avoid any confusion.



What is your cancellation and rebooking policy?

Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Sace Aesthetics reserves the right to charge full price of the service booked for any appointment that has not been canceled within a 24 hour advance notice. If you are 15 minutes late to an appointment, you will automatically forfeit your appointment. In addition, a “No Show” fee (the full amount of the missed appointment) will be charged if the patient fails to show for an appointment. This fee cannot be put towards a future service, and will be charged to the credit card on file at the missed appointment date and time. A client with three cancellations in a row risks being terminated from our practice. Multiple “No Shows” in any 12 month period will result in termination from our practice.

Will my card be charged if I book an appointment online?

Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking. Your card will be charged at the end of the service.



What is your late policy?

We understand that life happens, but due to Sace’s rigorous schedule, we run in a very timely manner. If you are going to be late, please call or text to notify us. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be charged the full amount of your missed appointment.

What if I don’t pay my canellation or late fee?

You will not be able to book your next appointment until the balance is paid. If it is not paid within 5 business days from the date it was due, it will be sent to collections and you will be terminated as a client indefinitely from Sace Aesthetics.


Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

No, we ask that you do not bring ANYONE with you unless you have already communicated with Sace about doing so.


Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

No, Sace Aesthetics does not offer refunds on ANY services that have been performed. Once a product leaves our clinic it cannot be returned. If you have a defective product or damaged from shipping, please bring it in clinic so we may exchange it with the company.
